Need More Enquiries?
Let's figure out what's actually stopping people from becoming customers.
Maybe you need more people to find your business.
Maybe people are finding you, but they're not enquiring.
Or maybe you're getting enquiries — but too many of them are going nowhere.
Before you spend more money on marketing, let's work out what's actually happening.
We'll look at where you're losing potential customers, what's already working, what's not, and what you actually need to fix it.
Find Your Lead Gap →No generic marketing package. No telling you to spend more just because we can.
You're doing marketing.
So where are the customers?
Getting more leads sounds like the obvious answer.
But what if it isn't?
If people aren't finding you, you probably need to get in front of more of the right people.
But if people are already finding you and not enquiring, more traffic isn't going to fix that.
And if you're already getting enquiries but not enough are becoming customers, sending even more enquiries your way could just give you more opportunities to lose.
It could be:
- Not enough of the right people finding you
- People finding you but not seeing a reason to contact you
- Enquiries coming in but not being followed up properly
- Good opportunities getting lost between enquiry and sale
- Money being spent on marketing without knowing what's actually working
That's what we want to find out.
So... where are your customers getting stuck?
Before we tell you to spend more money, we look at what's happening now.
Are the right people finding you?
Where are your potential customers coming from?
Are you reaching enough of the people who actually need what you sell?
Are they giving you a reason to enquire?
Someone has found you.
Great.
But do they understand what you do? Do they see why they should choose you? Is it obvious what they should do next?
We'll look at what they're seeing — your website, your offer, your messaging and anything else standing between them and an enquiry.
What happens when someone enquires?
Someone makes contact.
Then what?
How quickly do you respond? How do you follow up? What happens if they're not ready to buy immediately?
Getting the enquiry is only part of the job.
Do you actually know what's bringing in business?
You should know where your customers are coming from, what you're spending and what's actually working.
If you can't see that, it's very difficult to know what to do next.
More marketing isn't always the answer.
We know that's probably not what you'd expect a marketing company to say.
But it's true.
If you're not getting enough enquiries, more marketing might be exactly what you need.
But if you're already getting enquiries, getting more of them may not be your biggest problem.
You might have a sales problem.
You might have a follow-up problem.
You might have a messaging problem.
Or you might simply have no idea what's working because nobody has joined the dots.
That's why we don't start with: “Which marketing package can we sell you?”
We start with: “What's actually happening in your business?”
Then we figure out what needs to change.
A real example
They didn't need more marketing. They needed the right marketing.
A bus rental business came to us because they weren't generating enough leads or sales.
We looked at where they were investing their time and money and found a problem: PR and social media were helping with brand awareness, but weren't doing enough to generate leads.
Their Google Ads weren't much better. The strategy wasn't speaking to the right people, and the messaging and assets weren't aligned with the customers they needed to attract.
So we changed the approach.
We moved the focus away from PR and social media and put the strategy behind Google Ads — then restructured the campaigns around the right audience, messaging and assets.
The result?
We didn't start by asking, “What marketing should we sell them?”
We started by asking: “What's actually happening in the business?”
Then we fixed the gap.
There isn't a magic formula. Sorry.
There isn't one marketing strategy that works for every business.
What works for a plumber isn't necessarily going to work for a manufacturer.
What works for a business with a big sales team isn't necessarily going to work for a business where the owner is doing everything themselves.
So we start with your business:
- What you're doing now.
- What you're trying to achieve.
- What's working.
- What's not.
- And, importantly, what you can realistically afford.
Then we work out what makes sense:
- That might mean Google Ads.
- It might mean fixing your website.
- It might mean getting your follow-up sorted.
- It might mean changing what you're saying to potential customers.
- It might mean doing several things.
And sometimes, it might mean not spending more on marketing at all.
Start with the customers you actually want.
New customers
The result you're trying to achieve.
Qualified opportunities
If you close 1 in 4 qualified opportunities, you need around 40 good opportunities.
Enquiries
If half of your enquiries turn into qualified opportunities, you need around 80 enquiries.
So the question isn't simply: “How do I get more leads?” It's: “What needs to happen for me to get the customers I want?”
Once we know that, we can work backwards and figure out where the gaps are.
Illustrative example. Your numbers will be different.
We don't believe every business needs more marketing.
And we definitely don't think every business needs some expensive piece of software to “automate” everything.
You don't need a complicated system because someone told you that you do.
You don't need to be on every platform.
You don't need to spend more money just because your competitors are.
You need to know what your business needs.
That's where we come in.
We look at what's happening in your business, where you're losing potential customers and what could make the biggest difference.
Then we help you figure out what to do about it.

“But what if we're already getting leads?”
Good.
Then more leads might not be what you need.
If enquiries are already coming in, we'll look at what happens next.
- Are they being followed up?
- Are the right opportunities being identified?
- Is your offer clear?
- Are people dropping off somewhere?
- Are you losing customers you could have won?
There's no point pouring more water into a bucket with a hole in it.
Let's find the hole first.
“What marketing channels do you use?”
That depends.
- Google Ads might make sense.
- Maybe Facebook or Instagram.
- Maybe SEO.
- Maybe your website needs work.
- Maybe email.
- Maybe something else entirely.
We're not going to pick the channel first and then try to find a problem for it to solve. We'll look at the business first.
Then we'll decide what makes sense.
“Do you have a standard lead-generation package?”
No.
Because your business isn't standard.
We're not interested in selling you a list of things that happen to fit neatly into a package.
We'll first work out:
- Where you are now
- Where you want to go
- What's getting in the way
- What's already working
- What your biggest opportunity is
Then we'll recommend a practical way forward.
Let's find the gap.
Tell us a little about your business, where your enquiries currently come from and what you're trying to achieve.
We'll look at what's happening now and help you figure out where the problem is.
Then we'll talk about what makes sense to do next.
Not what we can sell you.
What your business actually needs.
